En esta ocasión hablaremos acerca de la diferencia entre más y mas. En muchas ocasiones suele confundirse su uso.
Más con acento es un adverbio de cantidad.
Por ejemplo:
Necesitas agregar más azúcar al café.
Por el contrario, mas sin acento equivale a la palabra pero, y se utiliza para expresar una idea opuesta. Ejemplo:
Quise contarle toda la verdad, mas no pude.
Recordemos que el tipo de acento que se usa para diferenciar dos palabras de igual escritura, se le llama acento diacrítico.
